We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, we do also offer direct delivery from some of our partnered manufacturers. All UK mainland customers should expect to receive their orders no longer than 5 working days after their order is placed.
If your goods have not been received after 6 working days, please email email@example.com and we will investigate further. Please allow extended time for European deliveries.
Your delivery method is chosen based on the value of your total order.
- Couriers we use are Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD (Interlink).
- Standard orders are dispatched via Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class; larger orders are dispatched via courier.
- All orders of £100.00 (excluding VAT) will be dispatched via courier.
- (Please note: There is no tracking available with Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you require tracking with your order, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to provide you with a quote).
Please note delivery times may extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak trading seasons and delivery time frames are subject to stock availability. Should any delays be likely to occur, rest assured our customer service team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative products where appropriate.
