Refunds & Returns Policy:
Mistakes happen, we're all human! You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error and arrange for collection at a time convenient to yourself.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging please sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
If your order has been delivered damaged, faulty, unwanted or you've ordered the wrong item:
- All return requests need to be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Any damaged items should be reported within 24h of delivery.
Incorrectly supplied items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or you are missing items from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing; email@example.com.
Please note any items returned that have been altered, modified, defaced or undergone heavy usage may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Please allow a maximum of four days to a week for your refund to process, it is often sooner than this however different banks process these with varying levels of efficiency.
We will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do cater for orders outside of the UK, for more information on delivery and shipping costs for any country outside of the UK simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote, prices for shipping will depend on order size and location, once we know this information, we will be happy to give you a quote and time scale for delivery.
We use Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD as one our chosen couriers, DPD and Hermes provide a full tracked service once your order has been dispatched. On the morning of the delivery, you will receive an email that gives you a two-hour time slot for delivery. DPD / Hermes can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver your order with a neighbour. To view DPD Tracking click here.
